Check for Duplicate Transactions #45

When importing a massive CSV it's essential to check for duplicate transactions (transactions that have already been imported).

Fixes #29

[x] Move transactions import process to Vuex
[x] Check for transactions by date after file has been loaded
[x] Apply icon to transaction row if it matches the duplicate
[x] Do not check name since these might not be consistent. The values and dates are the most consistent
[x] Show a modal when clicking on the warning icon that a transaction might already exist. It should show the transaction data within the modal.
