Implementing categorization for categories fixing #38 .

[x] Show category on Transactions Table
[x] Update category for individual transaction
[x] Allow user to categorize transaction on import
[x] Show category color on transaction listing with name
[x] Allow Splits to be categorized
[x] Allow user to categorize transaction on individual addition
[x] Show and manage sub categories in Admin screen
