Which version of ServerSigns are you using ? What is the version of your minecraft ? This error append on startup ? Did the error append again if you restart ?

That I can read inside your log file, it is an error of downtime of bukkit website. The request that has been done to bukkit website timed out.

What is the version of your minecraft ? = 1.8 / spigot 1.8.8

This error append on startup ? = Yes, when the server starts to run

Did the error append again if you restart ? = still have

Did your server is cut of internet ? Or with poor connection ? Or hide behind a proxy ? Any reason that can justify it can't access to bukkit website ?

I can now use it. The problem may be caused by my network. Thanks for the help
