Movebar buttons do not work in Windows #2

Close, minimise and maximise do not work when using Windows. (Vista, no 8 around). Working on Mac, Linux not tested.

Fixed: https://github.com/rogerwang/node-webkit/wiki/Frameless-window#make-your-window-draggable But not tested.
