When is this PR being reviewed and merged considering version 15.0.0 has already been pushed to the public AWS Serverless Application Repo app?

@arijit725 @jinalkathiara - This is part of the SAR but is not released into the Repo. Can you please clean up your code practices and release this PR if you are forcing customers to use 15.0.0 via the AWS SAR?
