tidy up drupal div soup

drupals div soup is a mess. we seen other drupal themes before, managing this huge problem - please find out how and do the tidy up.

this is neccessary to get a higher level of semantics, seo optimisation, cleaner code and smaller stylesheets

the last link, the "mothership" theme can be used also as base theme - so it might be considerable to include it completely in our project.
