Container logging must be improved. To do:

[x] TomEE Catalina logs should not go in a file inside the container; see also servicecatalog/oscm-dockerbuild/issues/72
[x] Additional log files inside of oscm-app (other containers?) must also be made persistent; see also servicecatalog/oscm-dockerbuild/issues/50 aspect 2
