VMWare controller settings page/balancer page NOK #244

[Steps to reproduce]

  1. go to controller configuration page: http://estsdehn.intern.est.fujitsu.com:8880/oscm-app-vmware/vcenter.jsf
  2. go to old balancer page: http://estsdehn.intern.est.fujitsu.com:8880/oscm-app-vmware/balancer.jsf

[Expected result] vSpere Cluster Settings does not exist

[Observed result] vSpere Cluster Settings does not exist and mouse does not change shape over that area of screen. balancer page should not be found.

@SylviaDehn, the page will be changed after the new VMWare contribution and probably the link will be necessary. It should be retested.
