Enhance the VMWare adapter to collect consumption data and generated billable events.
The framework is provided in APP through the APPlatformController interface.
Details
Currently such charge back feature is implemented for the Shell integration and for the OpenStack controller. The request is to provide same for the VMWare integration.
Details on relevant VMWare consumption metrics have to be eloborated. In particular the infromation provided in VCenter has to be identified which can be accessible with respective APIs or SDKs and suitable for measuring costs in the supported provisioning cases.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Given framework is implemented correctly and securely
[ ] Generated events can be retrieved in respective OSCM report showing clear descriptions of each event
