oscm-birt tomcat install #33

The tomcat packages should come from SUSE repositories. (fb_tomee_sles_based branch).

Are the last jars copied necessary for birt to run? activation-1.1.jar javax.mail-api-1.5.4.jar

I have now removed unneeded jars in branch fb_tomee_sles_based.

Reverted the dockerfile for birt to what is used in sles based build. Changes in the initdb container and in Ops repo are sufficient for birt to work.
