Prepare piplines for vault

Summary Add variables for vault secrets to the pipelines

Details The piplines need the key variables for the vault secrets. All necessary keys have to be added to the vault and integrate into the pipelines.

Acceptance criteria [ ] all secrets exist in the vault [ ] vault list contains all key variables [ ] pipelies contains key variables on the right place
