Custom branding check is invoked each time #1067

Version Info latest

Describe the bug Each time a connection to the branding container is attempted when the marketplace is accessed. The connection result is not cached.

How to Reproduce Access the marketplace and obsove the network connection monitor.

Observed behavior As described above.

Expected behavior Connection is attempted one time only for the first access and the result is cached in session.
