Summary Bootstrap 5.0 stable has been released on May 5th 2021. Therefore now we can upgrade the Beta 3 version to stable. See here the summary of Bootstrap 5.0 stable release.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Bootstrap 5.0 stable is installed in oscm.
[ ] Manual tests: test especially Logout, Dropdowns and Tooltips.
[ ] UI tests are green
