Fix #1247 - fixed hiding on tooltip when losing focus.

Changes in this Pull Request:

• Popovers remained open when losing focus. This was due to the "click" event for the popover trigger. Thus, changed the trigger event from "click" to "focus" so that all popovers close when losing their focus.
