Operation failed on initial profile access as user without roles #1291

Version Info v19.1 latest

Describe the bug As customer without user roles an operation failed error occurred when accessing the profile tab in the marketplace account menu.

How to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. As organization admin register a user without roles
  2. As user without roles change initial password and login
  3. On first action access the profile link in the account menu
  4. See error

Expected behavior The profile tab displays correctly.

Observed behavior An operation failed error.
