Fake ID DB - #55

Searchable fake ID system/database where we can add photo IDs like we create schools. Our Fake ID doc is too long to reasonably scroll through it in a 5 min. period for a single DR. A searchable/filterable database of fake ID images maintained by Analysts would be of great help.

Each entry would have school associated, username, email domain associated, etc.

Opened an issue for the fake ID database here: https://github.com/github/education-web/issues/3530. It will be triaged in a couple weeks.
