What problem is this trying to solve?
Preventing Analaysts having to open Email Domain in new tab or window to research changes made in status.
Who is the target audience?
The Analyst Team.
How do we define success and what metrics will we use?
Success is defined by the use of tags optionally added to the Email Domain by Analysts when reviewing the domain.
Defined Tags-
Faculty: Available only to Faculty.
Students: Available only to students.
School: Remove
Students/Alumni: Replace with lifetime.
Lifetime: Recognized as lifetime email. Use case - When student provides older proof but this shows us we can possibly approve them.
Alumni: Provided to only Alumni.
Flagged: Deeper dive into investigation.
Suspicious: Possible pattern identified by Analysts.
Banned: Denial by automation or Analysts ban due to bad fraud & proof.
All: Available to both Faculty & Students.
Verified: Good proof added to notes.
