Jaeger is integrated in Linkerd #32

IMHO Jaeger is integrated in Linkerd. The linked tasks explains how to install that extension. That is not unlike what Istio offers. However, the link was already there so I am not sure whether there is something I don't understand.

Thank you! You're too fast for me :) Since Linkerd 2.8, which is out since yesterday, Linkerd offers the installation of Jaeger as a plugin. Before 2.8, Linkerd offered documentation for manual Jaeger installation and integration
