We just call it Linkerd, not Linkerd 2
Buoyant is the original creator but much of the work comes from the community.
Not sure what "Since Linkerd 2 does not rely on a third-party proxy, it cannot be extended easily" was supposed to mean, especially in light of 2.10's extensions features. I removed it.
Mesh expansion is on the roadmap.
No need to refer to Istio in the introduction to Linkerd. It's its own project.
Etc

Also not really sure what the cloud integrations section is supposed to mean, since Linkerd works on all clouds....

The Integrations are more about one-click installations and upgrades. I will add a description in #49
