Linkerd's tap feature is currently relegated to an access log row, but in reality this is a very different kind of feature—enabled ad-hoc, no disk usage, etc. I would reflect this as a separate row.

Hello, my answer is kinda late, because I just started to maintain the servicemesh.es repository, but do you want to send a PR, so that I can better understand how your change will look like?
