This is completed. Everything related to this task is here https://github.com/servinglynk/hmis-lynk-open-source-docs/wiki/Standalone-HMIS-Client-Deidentification-Script-(Simple-Identifier-Strip). The code is checked-in and the .jar is checked-in too.
