HSLynk consent model usage flowchart #883

We need a diagram showing the sequence of HSLynk API calls for using consent. Just like we did recently for the survey APIs.

@suryayadavalli One thing I think is confusing with the graphic, is that it seems to say that "you have to remove a global consent, after you've add a global consent, before you can upload consent documents". But I know you didn't mean for that, so can you update the paths more, to have fewer sequential dependencies, unless there really are enforce dependencies/ordering of events?
