Updated BasePHP with the right package name for Debian9
install.sh: Multiserver for Debian9
install.sh: Webmail installation skip for Debian
Debian8 & Debian9 added "skip" option for webmail installation.
Debian9 added mysql client check, otherwise ask for which client to install.

I want to add that those changes as been tested over LXC Container Debian 9.5 (ProxMox HV).

I'v set-up: 1 x Master server dedicated to ISPConfig, WebMail and PhpMyAdmin 1 x WebServer with Apache2 1 x NameServer with Bind9 1 x Database server with MariaDB

Today or tomorrow I'll install a Mail Server too.

Next, I want to include PHP5.6 & HipHop for multiserver too (wihch are skipped in multiserver enviroment), if there aren't know issue.

Another thing I want to analyze is the WebStats, I don't know why but I saw they are always installed, there is a reason?
