HHVM will removed from ispconfig3 and HHVM is not longer supported by Facebook, so i think, HHVM shuld remouved

I added this plugin again because it is compatible with old scripts written in old php versions, it also turns off by default during installation.

As i said; u are Doing useless work. HHVM is or will removed
