Next breaking semver? #633

There are a few things that would require breaking semver, I think:

bitflags update (@daxpedda) (#631)
uuid update (me from 2018) (#228)
objc / objc2 changes (@madsmtm) (#513) (#514) (#628)
Dropping usage of foreign-types (@jrmuizel) (#604)

Are there others pending? It seems like there are probably some others in various open issues and PRs.

And on the same note, is there a set of changes that we should look to land and release prior to the semver, like perhaps the Ventura fixes from the Warp folks (#517)?
