Fix build errors with libogg/libvorbis.
Update Gecko.
Add MediaResource.h and .cpp to glue (the refactoring this depends on is in Bug 1405697, and hasn't landed in mozilla-central yet).
Add MediaPrefs, which MediaResource.cpp depends on.
