Update euclid to 0.22 and bump version #383

Updating Euclid is a breaking change which is why I bumped the version. No changes needed to be made to this crate to update Euclid, it was done so that I update Servo to Euclid 0.22 which is required for updating the webrender version used by Servo.

This is part of my effort to update the version of webrender used by Servo. I have made an issue on the Servo repository to keep track.
