This has been discussed a few times on IRC. Thought I might as well create a tracking/discussion issue. Thoughts?

Ideally we'd not need mozjs at all in the future. The plan is to be able to use pristine upstream from a tarball. In that case moving mozjs in-tree here seems counterproductive.
