Mention Verso in This month in Servo (July2024)

Mats Lundgren messaged me that he hopes we can have something like https://servo.org/madewith to showcase the projects that are related to Servo. But I'm still busy working on multi-window support and there are other tasks in Servo too. Perhaps we can give Verso some spotlight in monthly blog post first?

I'm not sure when the PR will usually open, so I opened this issue first. There's not many posts about Verso yet, but here's what I got. Maybe it can be included in "Conferences and blogs" section:
