Allow selection form history when setting download location #420

What feature would you like to request?
Allow the selection of a previously entered download location from a history 
of, for example, 5 paths. This would be an easy yet effective way of creating 
simple 'label' support, as suggested in comment #20 of issue 114.

This issue has been here for a while now. I've recently set up Plex and this 
would be a huge timesaver.

Rutorrent can do this and in fact this is how I am using it with a Chrome 
extension. Is it hard to implement?
