Retrieve of cin resoure will be supported. As well as setting rn attribute

Implemented on 84415a4d026e4db0391b40b43d2e888cd24b35a1 Except ResourceName Attribute is still fixed to Resource ID

I confirm that the "URI is invalid" message disappeared, and resourceName cannot be set
