Android reporting "Session not responding" since few weeks now

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

Merely using Session Droid.

Actual result:

Usually while I'm waiting for device to finish syncing, Android will show popup "not responding" msg. Sometimes I am trying to read group content WHILE it syncing. If I leave Session to sync without interacting w Session, no error message. If I interact w Session, even if just trying to scroll through the main screen (list of groups & DMs), Session does not respond, or very delayed response, & Android will pop its message up. I usually choose "Wait" rather than "Close" & let Session continue whatever its doing.

Describe here what should happen after you run the steps above (i.e. what would be the correct behaviour)

This is still happening for me.... Therefore I'm unable to use Session/Android much. The error is happening after opening the app, ie during initial sync.
