Ah, I guess I need to be a developer to change the type & priority, or to 
delete it?

Sandro, did you click on "add comment below? That's when the label changing 
widgets show up.

Hm I do not see them, too! 

I wanted to change the type of my issue #52 to "Editorial" or "Enhancement" 
(don't 
know what matches better in this case). But pressing "Add comment below" does 
not 
help me any further (I should see the widgets now, because I currently add a 
comment). I have also tried with both Firefox and IE, but no difference. Looks 
like 
Sandro is right, and only specific people are allowed to do the change?

If this is the case, this should perhaps be communicated (WG list, OWL-DEV)?
