Why is Walsh removed from 1.4 ? #178

Weird, it was a great addition. Now I have to install it separately, pretty 
annoying to say the least.

Also, I did a "make distclean" (in 1.3 src) before installing 1.4, pretty much 
because your docs told me to. If I had not, I'd still have walsh installed. 
Some people move in mysterious ways..

It's still there. Walsh was renamed to wash. :)

OK, now I feel like a total idiot. Why was it renamed? Isn't the guy from 
Firefly named Walsh? (I always thought so..)

For some reason I thought it was walsh too, but it's actually wash. Thus the 
rename. :P
