What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add AVI & Hit Convert

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CMD runs and gives CHCP 1252 error and chokes. Just trying to convert an AVI
to AVI again ...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried both versions WinFF 1.4 and Portable X-WinFF 1.3.2 on Vista Home Prem.,
64-Bit, SP2. I have FFDShow installed also!!!

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the full version 1.3.2 used to work ... until I upgraded to 1.4 version.

THANKS! G!:)

In the preferences you can uncheck "use chcp"

Hi BGG,

Your solution Fixed the chcp error ... even though my file did not have
International Tag (I think!!!).

1.3.2 worked ok ... and preview ad conversion started and it is working.

But 1.4 version it is giving me the following error in Preview and the
Conversion does not start ... this is only an excerpt of message which was
highlighted in RED ...

/s

[NULL @ 0211e520] Unable to parse option value "aic"

Should I have started a different Issue item or both are related!?!?

Thanks,

G!:)

The same problem here on the newest winff 1.42. Is there any solution for it?
