Created Singleton class to deal with clearing "global" vars. #22

I realized creating a class to manage namespaces would also fix the re-initialization/global-var problems but has the added benefit of leaving the old keyword logic from 3.0.5 intact.

I think I fixed what broke. >_< Double check me but I'm getting a lot fewer keywords like "206"
