Merge in xld notifications and exile rope requirement-remove and add #19

Busy few weeks, just got around to advanced tow this evening. finally got off my ass to fork your current version and start fresh. Looking forward to more pull requests and sling load work :)

Not sure what happened, but it seems like the actual towing script is missing?

This isn't able to merge. I'll take a look at your compiled pbo to see what can be merged.
