Remove log4net from ilmerge command #66

The problem is that there is no way to configure log4net for both Abot.dll and 
the host application if it is ilmerged into Abot.dll. Only one or other logs 
depending on the config entry used below.

<section name="log4net" 
type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler, Abot"/>

or...

<section name="log4net" 
type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler, log4net"/>

Removed log4net from the ilmerge command.
