Completely remove ilmerge due to several issues #67

Ilmerge has caused several problems....

-Impossible to configure log4net for both Abot.dll assembly and the host 
application. Its either one or the other.

-Had "htmldocument is inaccessible due to its protection level" even when 
specifically using the type HtmlAgilityPack.HtmlDocument.

Deciding to remove it completely to avoid future problems that users will 
likely encounter.

-Removed the Abot postbuild command...
$(SolutionDir)CombineAssemblies.bat "$(TargetDir)\"

-Removed bat file CombineAssemblies.bat (attached here for future reference.
