pinch zoom? #119

Nancy, I enabled native pinch zoom across the board, hoping you can help me iPhone test a little. Seems fine on my iPad and I think its more intuitive for users.

Overall it works great -only kind of odd thing has to do with logo/login-nav header if you haven't tapped to keep it at top. Hard to explain so I'll have to show you at work.

Hmm yes it would seem there are some issues, especially in kiosk mode the buttons get huge. Selective pinch-zoom requires a jQuery plugin that doesn't work quite as well. Will keep experimenting
