Whenever there are more than 10 units in a hex at one time, the movement gets glitchy and the units oscillate. I think the movement system should be reworked to make more sense. Either choose to allow as many units to enter a hex as one desires, or completely block any units from entering if there are 10. (This would mean that unit fights would have to occur at the borders)
