Hi,

Just a suggestion. Maybe you could include instructions, or a direct link to explaining how to install the theme in the readme.md.

A guide for using, installing and creating themes is already included in the documentation of ghost, however a quick reference in Vapor README could be helpful for completeness and to users new to the platform.
