Switch license to Apache-2.0 #63

Changed the LICENSE file to Apache-2.0. Also changed the license field in the setup.py to the SPDY name for the license (Apache-2.0).

Would like to get your sign-off on this @mjdorma because it's important legal stuff. :) Fixes #61.
