Timeout error while reading file #2

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have a pair of F5's I'm backing up and the primary unit I have not been able to successfully pull a full UCS backup file from. The error I'm getting is 0 ERROR: File download failed for myprimaryF5 - ('The read operation timed out',).

The secondary F5, I'm able to successfully pull a UCS file off of.

Any direction or advice would be appreciated.

From a SF conversation with bigjerms: I was able to get the backups to work on the primary unit. I had to modify the timeout settings on /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/bigsuds.py file. I tried them at 180sec instead of default 90sec and that still failed so I bumped it to 300 sec and it started completing the read on the backup before it timed out.
