Can't backup F5 version 13.1.0.8 and 14.1.0.3 #4

I get this error now when my backup starts. Never had an issue before. Anyone got a fix for this ?

I got the error since I upgraded from 13.1.0.5 to 13.1.0.8

Is there any text after the URLError: part?

urlopen error The read operation timed out
