cron/script that add donation links to mods if the author has one on another mod/modpack. #25

Help us get donation links on all mods when needed.

If we add a mod by an author with no donation link, it will search other mods that the other may have on the site and add the donation link.

The author must be the only author on the project for this to complete, since we dont want one person getting donations for a groups effort (unless we list them all or the agree to it)
