"Toggleable Features" lists for mods #27

Say a pack includes Computronics. It'd be cool if that pack could set the features it enabled/disabled for it, you'd have a tab with e.g.:

Mod Feature Name Enabled Disabled Not Applicable
Computronics Cryptography (x) ( ) ( )
Computronics Color Lamp ( ) (x) ( )

[etc]

(The feature list for that tab would be set by the mod author, the on/off/N/A would be set by the modpack author)
