Game goes wonky when out of focus

Switching tabs but leaving the game running does some weird shit.

• The camera usually ends up a bit higher and scrolls down on focus.
• The pause screen gets cleared.
• The game acts as if the CMD key is held down.

Most likely need to handle some sort of window blur and focus events.

Seems like it was a Chrome issue; toggling tabs no longer clears the pause state.
