Very slow on Archos 101 #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Android PDF Viewer 
2. Open a PDF document

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output should be a quick display of the PDF document; but it's very slow 
and takes a lot of time to be completely displayed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The version is 0.2.8 on Android 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.

The performance on Android 2.1 was perfect.

Could you give us a link to a pdf document, and the display time for the 1st 
page ?

I have an Archos 43, which is not very different from the Archos 101 
internally, and the speed is slow in protected wowio pdfs (I can't post them), 
especially I think ones with images.  With mainly text pdfs, speed is fine.  
I'll try to look into the speed issue.

The speed issues have been ameliorated by (a) better tile size choices, and (b) 
a render-ahead option which renders the next page while the current is being 
read.  This code has been committed to the repository.
