Feature request: Next / Previous soft page buttons #76

Thanks for a very good product.

When reading at night it is quite inconvenient to have to drag to the next 
page. And on my device the volume button is not easy to use.

The perfect solution would be to have soft buttons alongside the zoom buttons 
(preferably a little bigger) with the same functionality as the volume buttons 
page next / previous.

How it was sad at ussue http://code.google.com/p/apv/issues/detail?id=68, it 
will be great to have scroll buttons on the screen (like volume), or 
possibility to configure segments of screen (for example 9 parts), and set page 
scrolling by right or left side of screen by touch.

Hi,
as an  alternative "tap for next/prev page" (kindle way) or "swipe for 
next/prev page" (sony reader way)

In 0.3.1dev12 there is an option to set the top/bottom half tap action.
